Battle of the Badges is a charity boxing event dedicated to raising funds for various first responders and/or charities in need. Police Officers and Fire Services will come together & go head to head in the ring to promote community and raise funds for a great cause.
St. Paul Fire Captain Eric Clinton, on behalf of Firefighters United, is one of the TC Battle of the Badges Organizers. Since 2010, Firefighter's United, an association of St Paul Fire's Black Professional Firefighter's, has been on a mission to be actively involved and supportive in the St. Paul community. Over the years, they have facilitated food drives, community events, health awareness campaigns and fire prevention education and served on many community boards. Firefighter's United is committed to helping foster a safe community for St. Paul youth and families.
Dalton Outlaw founded Element Gym in 2011, sacrificing his professional boxing career to give youth a chance to achieve greatness though their own boxing. Over the years, he's managed to attract some of the best personal advisors, community advocates and fitness coaches across the Twin Cities.
